In this one-hour break-through session we'll take a look at your eating and exercise habits, set goals and learn how to make sustainable changes so you can live the healthy life you've always wanted. I'll send you detailed notes of our conversation and follow-up with you twice to provide further support.

Cookbook

A great program if you're eager to live a healthy life but need help or struggle with self-control. All of my resources and knowledge will be at your disposal including my delicious recipes. We'll chat every other week to celebrate your progress and move on to the next step.

Intro to Running

Running Shoes

Go from your couch to a running pro in this beginner program. You will learn all there is to know about running including injury prevention and proper nutrition so you have the energy to perform at your peak. Through our regular sessions we'll create a custom training schedule designed around your needs and goals.

Race Specific Training

Marathon Runners

Conquer any race from a 5k to a full marathon and beyond with a training schedule created specifically for you. We'll start by defining your goals, gauging your current fitness level and choosing a race. Then, during our sessions I'll provide the support you need to make sure you stay on track.

Maintenance Plans

Jogger

If you are wanting to stay fit, get stronger or just need a kick in the rear to stay focused during your off season then a custom maintenance plan is what you need. After discussing your objectives we'll create your custom training schedule and touch base regularly to ensure you meet your goals.
